On December 27, 2024, Yang Jiaqiao, the captain of Changsha University of Science and Technology, led the team to win the first place in the 2024 University Formula Competition. There were 130 people in the club, and 30-40 people were mainly members.

Formula Race Team Exchange

The competition includes: Racing car design and manufacturing: the participating teams need to complete the overall design of the racing car, parts procurement, assembly and debugging, etc.

Static race: including design report defense, cost analysis, etc., to examine the team's design understanding, cost control and teamwork ability.

Dynamic race: including straight-line acceleration, 8-shaped surround, high-speed obstacle avoidance, etc., to test the performance of the racing car and the driver's driving skills.

The participating categories include vehicles: fuel, electric, unmanned, and Baja racing.
